Customer Trust Center
A dedicated, often public-facing page or portal where an organization shares its security and compliance posture, certifications, audit reports, and policies, so prospects and customers can verify trust without lengthy back-and-forth.
A trust center centralizes the proof customers and prospects ask for, certifications like SOC 2 and ISO 27001, audit summaries, security practices, and subprocessor lists, sometimes gated behind an NDA for sensitive documents. It streamlines security reviews in B2B sales, reduces repetitive questionnaires, and signals transparency. Building and maintaining one is part of running a compliance program that supports the business.
