Security Training Program

A managed program that designs, delivers, and measures the security training employees receive, across the awareness and GRC capstone perspectives, so training is intentional rather than ad hoc.

A security training program is the structured offering: required and role-specific training, scheduling, content, channels, tracking, and measurement, run as a program rather than as occasional courses. It serves both employee development and compliance needs, and ties into broader awareness and culture work. As a capstone GRC and awareness deliverable, a well-managed program turns training from a checkbox into a continuing investment in capable, security-aware staff.
