GRC Program
The organized set of governance, risk, and compliance activities, policies, risk management, controls, compliance, audit support, and reporting, run as a coherent program with ownership, processes, and tooling rather than scattered tasks.
A GRC program brings governance, risk, and compliance together into a managed whole: defined ownership and structure, a policy framework, risk assessment and treatment, control implementation and testing, compliance and audit activities, and reporting to leadership. Running it as a program, with processes, cadence, and tooling, ensures these functions reinforce each other and serve the business, rather than operating as disconnected, duplicative efforts.
