GRC Skills Development
Building the competencies a GRC practitioner needs, knowledge of frameworks and regulations, risk analysis, control testing, communication, and tooling, through study, practice, certifications, and experience over a career.
GRC draws on a broad skill set, and skills development is the deliberate effort to grow it: learning frameworks and regulations, sharpening risk-assessment and control-testing ability, developing the writing and communication that GRC depends on, and gaining tooling and domain experience. Pursued through training, certifications, hands-on work, and community, it is what moves a practitioner from entry-level tasks toward senior and specialized roles.
