Zero Trust Roadmap
A planned, phased path to adopt zero-trust architecture, identity first, then device, network, applications, that recognizes ZTA is multi-year and best implemented incrementally rather than all at once.
Zero trust is not a product to buy or a switch to flip; mature programs build it in phases over years. A zero-trust roadmap orders the work: typically identity foundations first (strong MFA, conditional access), then device trust, then network/access modernization (ZTNA replacing VPN), then deeper application-level enforcement. As a ZTA topic, the roadmap is what turns the philosophy into a tractable program, prioritized by risk reduction and feasibility rather than all-at-once transformation.
