Burp Suite Workflow
The practical way a web application tester uses Burp Suite, an intercepting proxy and testing toolkit, to capture, inspect, modify, and replay HTTP traffic during an authorized assessment.
Burp sits between the browser and the application, letting a tester intercept and tamper with requests, fuzz inputs, and analyze responses. A solid workflow, proxying traffic, mapping the app, then probing inputs and access controls, makes testing systematic, and it underpins much of web application penetration testing within an authorized scope.

Examples
- Intercepting a request to modify a parameter and observe the response.
- Using the repeater to replay and tweak a request while testing.
- Mapping an application's endpoints by proxying normal browsing.
