Our accessibility approach

• Use semantic page structure, descriptive labels, keyboard-operable controls, visible focus states, and text alternatives where applicable.
• Design responsive layouts that support browser zoom, text resizing, and different screen sizes.
• Use clear language, consistent navigation, and status messages that do not rely only on colour.
• Review accessibility as features and learning content are created or changed.

Conformance status

The Academy is working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA. The private beta has not yet completed a formal independent accessibility audit, so we do not currently claim full conformance or certification.

Known limitations

Some complex learning interactions, long curriculum tables, third-party content, and older course material may not yet provide an equally effective experience with every assistive technology. Compatibility testing across screen readers, browsers, mobile devices, keyboard-only use, zoom, and high-contrast settings is ongoing.

If a lesson, quiz, form, navigation control, or document is difficult to use, contact us for help or an accessible alternative. Requesting support will not affect your account or learning progress.

Feedback and reasonable arrangements

Email netdefendja@gmail.com with the page address, the barrier you encountered, the browser or assistive technology used if you are comfortable sharing it, and the format or adjustment that would help. Do not send passwords, authentication tokens, verification links, or sensitive medical information.

Signed-in learners may also use Send feedback in the workspace. We will review accessibility reports, provide a practical alternative where reasonably possible, and use the report to prioritize improvements.

Assessment and review

Accessibility is currently assessed through internal review, automated checks where appropriate, and learner feedback. This statement will be updated as testing expands, material barriers are resolved, or the platform changes.
