Emergency Access Alerting

Emergency access alerting reports every sign-in attempt, credential change, role change, policy-exclusion change, and administrative action involving a designated emergency identity.

Rules identify accounts by immutable object ID or a protected watchlist and route alerts through a path that remains available during an identity-service disruption.

Introduced in: IAM Capstone: Building an Identity Program

Examples

  • Page the security team on an emergency-account sign-in
  • Alert when a FIDO2 method is added to an emergency identity
