Fraud and Authentication Separation

Fraud and authentication separation recognizes that control of an authenticator does not establish authorization or legitimacy of a transaction.

CIAM supplies bounded identity and session evidence to an accountable fraud process, while transaction ownership, false-positive review, privacy purpose, and customer communication remain explicit.
